Why we do what we do

Work-related ill health is the ‘hidden pandemic’ with 99% of all work-related deaths in Great Britain caused by occupational disease – every year.

We believe that prevention really is better thancure and that’s why we’re so passionate about strategically applying occupational hygiene and health to transform workplace culture.

Our Team

Highly qualified and with decades of experience working with both corporate and smaller businesses, our consultants are experts in their fields. We cover organisational leadership and culture, change management, occupational hygiene and health, wellbeing, communications and engagement.

We stay at the forefront of thinking, research and practice in worker health protection and our networks include leaders from business, academia, regulation and professional and trade bodies. We’re also passionate about what we do and enjoy doing it. So expect plenty of support, challenge and fun!
